50 and Over- *Friday*

Good Morning to all:

I took the day off so I will be working out a little later.. today will be a 40 minute I-Tread.

Rhonda: I also do a lot of modifying.. and really don;t even do things like Boot Camp any longer.. although I did like it, I torqued my knee with that and PlyoX. It's better now so I am really careful. I give you a lot of credit for doing Cardio Fusion! I heard it is very complicated and fast! I have it but have never opened it.. I guess the last series ( with no name!) was probably my least favorite of Cathe's workouts. Have no desire to do Drill Max, or Body Max 2.. for that matter.. I tried Low Impact Cardio and was not happy with that one either. I may sell them or tuck them away for future. Your day trip into DC sounds like fun.. I go there a lot for business, but don't get to spend any time sight seeing or anything..will be there next Thursday to meet with the new Deputy Commissioner of Customs. I fly in on a 6:15 flight and fly back at 3:15.. a really long day!

Happy Friday, All,

Didn't check in yesterday because it was my daughter's birthday, so we drove straight from work to her house. Also, work was really busy, so I had to work all day at work and couldn't have any Internet time - what's that about!? Sheesh.

Deb, the dentist's appointment went so-so. She was on vacation, but the hygienist discovered that a filling I have on a back molar has broken and can be moved around with her evil little metal pick. I'll either have another filling or a crown. The problem is getting in to have it done - the earliest I can get in is a month from now, and if that gigantic filling comes out before then, it's gonna hurt!

I love my dentist so much, I'll never leave her. I've followed her since she was barely out of dental school and working with someone else, to today, when she has her own booming practice. I think I may just need to shift my twice-a-year checkup times around. Right now, I go during the time teachers and students are out of school. It's not a problem for the check-ups, but when I need work done, there's quite a wait.

Does your DH have to work long hours? Does he have to work Saturdays?

Day before yesterday, I did Gym Style Legs. Tonight, I'm planning to do Christi Taylor's Still Jumping, then one of Tamilee Webb's 10-minute stretch segments (I can't remember the name of the DVD, but it has three 10-minute segments and one 30-minute segment).
