Tonite for me is Leaner Legs I have never done this one before.

Heather-don't you ever take a day off?
 
I typically take Friday as my rest day. So Fridays really are TGIFs for me!

I saw the leaner legs in a rotation - I'd like to know what the workout is like as well.

I ended up doing Imax 3 and PU. For some reason, I was having a really hard time keeping my HR up today though. Usually it's not a problem with Imax 3. I thought I was working hard...

I just finished Leaner Legs alot of squats and low ends and the abs are nothing but crunches. My legs are shaking so I guess the workout wasn't a total waste.
