5 day rotation

for those that only workout 5 days per week, what is your rotation? I seem to only be able to do 5, by the 6th day i'm crapped out from working out so hard all week so i wanted to know what would be one of the best rotations for this amount of days. this is what i did this week.
monday: GS back and bis and 20 min sprinting intervals, abs
tuesday: S&H leggs with GS shoulders
wednesday: GS chest and tris, abs, 20 min sprinting intervals
thursday: hardcore extreme hi/low
firday: low impact circuit
