I am finally going to start STS next week. I bought it back in 2011 as a Black Friday deal the day after Thanksgiving.
I was reading everyone's opinion about plyo vs. squat rack legs and some Cathletes said they did both! When I saw your post about the daily deal, I decided to go ahead and buy the squat rack DVDs since I already have a weighted vest.
