Well, I was finally able to inaugurate these two workouts tonight. I did the Boot Camp warm-up, the Boot Camp cardio intervals, the Kickbox cardio set, and went back and did the Boot Camp cardio intervals again.
I really, really liked these, especially the Boot Camp drills. I found them very complementary (SP?) to the original Boot Camp, Kick Max's Blast Challenge and Drill Max's cardio. I see great mish-moshing potential ahead . . .
I also did an ab mish-mosh of CTX's Kickbox planks (prone and supine) and roll-ups, followed by the 4DS Kickbox core routine. Oh. My.
Having previewed them, I know for a fact that I will never in this lifetime get the choreography in the HIS/LIS routines, so they go in the same wistful pile as Rhythmic Step and Step Blast. But that's a me thing, not a Cathe thing. I also like the other core routine a lot, especially with those introductory fire-burning reverse bicycles!
All in all, a very auspicious new series, in my book.
Anyone else doing any mish-moshing?
