::2008:: cLEAN & tidy New Years Day ::2008::

Hi ladies,

My menu for today was
b-egg beaters, 1 slice of cheese,light english muffin w. fruit spread and skim milk
s-coffee
l- protien shake with strawberries and 1/2 pb sandwich
d- grill cheese sandwich + 2 slices of cheese, a handful crotons and tomato soup
s-probaley another cup of coffee.

w/o 4ds double cardio, + chest, tris and shoulders.

I also took some pics of myself in a sports bra and shorts I've got a lot of work to do in 2008. Hopefully having these at hand will keep me motivated.

Katie don't be too hard on yourself, butts and guts is hard. I think its Cathes hardest leg workout by far. (out of the ones I have).

I need to order Gym Styles Legs, that's all there is to it. Think of I whine load enough Chris will give me the credit card??
 
Katie - sorry to hear B&G kicked your butt this morning. Warning don't try the Leg Blast premix until you have conditioned your legs. The first time I did it I didn't think I would make it up the stairs from the basement to my bedroom to shower. I did recover and now I am stronger. Don't worry about modifying - it will come and you will be so proud of yourself when you can back and do the entire workout without modifying. Good luck on getting the GSL.
Shirl thanks for the info on the p90x. I think I am going to wait until STS and then make a decision.
Steph - great workouts today!! Glad to hear things are going well with DH. I hope it continues.
