Did anybody watch? It was about myths and truths of human bodies. It was interesting. They discussed deep breathing exercises, which is different than what I have always done. They said to push your belly out as you inhale and to suck your belly in while you exhale. It is confusing. I had to rewind a few times to get it straight!

They also discussed overtraining with exercise. I could not help but to think of all of us!! They suggested (if I remember correctly...it was late and I was getting sleepy!) 30 minute cardio (such as walking)3 times a week. (I don't think this is enough. Maybe the "I hate cardio ladies" will be happy to hear this:)). I can't remember what was said about weight training. I will have to watch again.

Anyway, it was interesting and I was thinking of all of you last night. Any opinions from those of you who watched??
