**** 12 Week Challenge Jan 20th ****

Andrea: So wonderful you attended the Extreme Makeover project in your town. If you don't mind, can you keep us updated as to what town/or if you find out exactly when it will be on? We end up watching it quite often and it always brings tears to my eyes - this is one show that helps keep my faith in mankind.. Sometimes I also sneak in the Biggest Loser when DH is in another room. I absolutely love it when people can get over a hurdle and change their lives. (Even when my eating habits aren't what they should be x( ).

Becca: I remember when my DH kept his Pringles in bags next to the computer so the kids didn't eat 'em. Actually worked out well for me cuz I wasn't using it much. But . . . sometimes I would sneak a few when I had a craving. For me, outta sight is "usually" outta mind. }(

Suzanne: Yippee for you, another 2 lbs ! You go girl, even with all that you have been doing ! I sure wish stress worked that way with me;(

Nancy J.: aaaahhhhh, that ol' chocolate craving. Have been right there witha lately. Good job on the workouts - sometimes if I eat a chocolate, I hit the TM for a longer time to burn it off !

Jonahnah: Good job making it past the leftovers ! Hope all goes well with DS and school - do they really know/understand what they put us through? Hang tough !

01-16-08 a.m. 4-Day Split Lower Intensity Step (cardio, shoulders, and stretch)

01-17-08 a.m. 4-Day Split Boot Camp

01-18-08 a.m. Low Impact Circuit (cardio blast timesaver premix)

01-19-08 a.m. Kick, Punch, & Crunch (cardio conditioning premix and abs)

01-20-08 a.m. Stretch Max (stability ball segment)

My goal for the new week is to bless my body with more sleep. I am ready to take a warm bubble bath and curl up with a heating pad tonight (for cramps). I am on target to get to bed early. I am starting the fourth week of this challenge tomorrow, and it is time to start kicking it up a notch!

Jacque, we are in Albuquerque, NM. I will try to remember to let you know when the episode will be on. I like Biggest Loser too - I wish I had that kind of motivation.

Speaking of motivation...Heather, you are AWESOME and SO motivated! I REALLY need to kick it UP instead of kicking BACK LOL!
