    New to Cathe

    I'm 39 5'5 and 187lbs. I'd like to loose 60lbs but am focused on 40. I've lifted weights in my 20's as well as step. Just wanted some in put on what Cathe tape I should start out with? I've started walking 40min 2x a week. My weakness is sweets so any suggestion on curbing that would help...
