    newby looking for help

    Hi I am a fortyish mother of two who has gotten thicker in the middle than I like. Promised myself I would go down kicking. The only Cathe video I have is Maximum Intensity Cardio, but have ordered the new DVD's. Anyone have any suggestions for attacking a thick waist? (I could loss about 15 lbs)?
