I think I saw Cathe on Fit TV. I also read Weight Watcher forums that talked a lot about Cathe workouts.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I love Cathe workouts because I get results. I can see a big difference in my body from when I started last year. I also like the variety. The workouts are always challenging.

I would like to lose about 7 more pounds. I also want to lean out a little more. I want to gain muscle stength. I want to be around 135 lbs.

I've lost 20 pds. this past year doing Weight Watchers and Cathe workouts.
