How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I discovered Cathe after visiting another fitness site. She had so many devoted fans I thought I'd check her out.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
The challenge. She motivates me because I see this lovely little woman who has this large presence and great strength about her. She is living proof that women can strength train without becoming "mannish" or too bulky.
