From my sister who saw Cathe on FitTV and asked for her workouts for her birthday.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are fun and challenging and I feel such a sense of accomplishment when I have completed one. Cathe's cueing is awesome and nobody does cardio like Cathe.

My Fitness Goals
To have a trainers body.
To be healthy and fit.
To be lean and to lose about 10 -15 lbs.
And to one day be in a workout video.
