Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I am advanced and she is too. I feel I have worked out when I finish. I find her films easy to follow and I like step but not if the choreography is too intricate.

To maintain strength, endurance and youth. At 53 I feel I can keep up to Cathe. I want to continue to be able to.
My Success Story
I have always been interested in fitness and have been a swimmer and jogger before starting with aerobics in the late eighties. I have had 5 natural children and have raised 5 more. I feel doing Cathe's tapes?DVD's gives me the energy for the 4 still home.
