Leslie Sansone, Jari Love and lots of Yoga. Also the Fitprimes and Kickbutts. I have a large collection of the orginal Firms on VHS. Added Christi Taylor, Angie Miller & Rob Glick. Also Ellen Barrett's Studio Series.
My Fitness Goals
To stay young, fit and healthy. I want to be flexible, balanced and strong as I get older. Then of couse weight control.
My Success Story
I have basically been the same size and weight my whole life. Had a brief weight gain during menopause but with diet and exercise got past that.
