Purchased a step from Dicks and the rest is history!!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
She has definitely changed the way I worked out. I have added weight training to my cardio activities and WOW- what a difference!!! I look and feel better now than when I was in my twenties.Call me crazy but I actually enjoy every workout.

My Success Story
I was always slender in my teens and early twenties. College came and I overindulged in the food and beer.I was always active but consumed way too many calories then I was burning. Worked out at the local gym 3-4 times a week(cardio only)
Fast forward 10 years later I found Cathe surfing the web.Can you believe I thought her tapes were too expensive that I passed them up? 1week later ran into a friend who started using weights and lost so many inches (I couldn't believe that weights could do such a thing) Went to dicks the next day and bought a step and guess what came with it? Cardio and Weights/Basic step-I was hooked!!Looked up the instructors name on the web and sure enough it was the same woman I thought was too expensive. I now have 40 DVD's and I will never turn back. I have lost inches,lbs and my clothes look great on.I follow Cathes rotations because that is what works best for me. Using all my DVD's with the rotations never lets me get bored. I think my body needs differen
