1998. My first was Interval Max. Not a good one to start with!
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I found her on Collage video about 17 years ago and she instantly became my favorite video instructor. All of a sudden "The Firm" was WAY too easy!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are challenging, but Cathe is both motivating and an inspiration.

My Fitness Goals
To lose those pesky last 10-15 lbs.
My Success Story
I have lost 50 lbs from my highest weight of 211. I started working out in 1998. If lost 40 lbs, got pregnant then lost the baby weight plus 10 lbs. I still have 10-15 lbs to go, but will get there.
