My Fitness Goals
Build a better upper body! I NEED biceps. Cathe helped me to get chest and shoulders BUT whenever I get to biceps I just dont want to. Use to hate tricep work but with cathe I got stronger and dont mind. Hoping to use her to get to biceps too.
My Success Story
I know I was successful using my Cathe workouts when a week ago my 10yr old-78 pound son was tired and I put him on my back and carried him for 10mins and WAS NOT TIRED! I couldnt believe how strong I got! I will never yell at my tapes again when I am lunges :)
