My Fitness Goals
Maintain my current weight or maybe lose a couple more pounds. I also want to gain upper body strength & be able to do more prone push ups instead of the modified version.
My Success Story
I began seriously working out in October 2005 and lost 10 lbs over the next two years but I couldn't seem to lose the last 5 lbs. Since I began working out with Cathe I am down to my goal weight of 120 and I've increased my stamina, built overall muscle strength & I sleep better & feel better all around.
completed 1st marathon in 6:32:49 on my 50th b-day.
