- I bought it from an online workout site because I could preview and liked what I saw.
- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- Cathe is great! I feel like I am at the gym taking classed from my favorite instructor who no longer teaches. I get a great challange. Cathe looks great and is inspiring to me. She isn't annoying like some instructors. She's real and down to earth. I am encouraged by her. She really knows her stuff and you call tell. I am purging my workout collection and getting rid of everything not Cathe. I have let my gym membership expire and have no plans to renew. I plan to build my fitness library and home gym with Cathe DVDs and equipment to complete those workouts.
