How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I "found" Cathe on Fit TV...Bootcamp:) when I was recovering from surgery and was not permitted to lift weights for 2 weeks. I had been a huge fan of the " classic" Firm workout series but did feel they were no longer a challenge. I was quite loyal to The Firm and probably always will be as they introduced me to weight training and helped me to realize working out with weights would not make bulk me up as I always feared.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is my daily inspiration. I met her on the 2005 Roadtrip and prayed she was just as nice and motivating in person as she was everyday in my home:) Cathe was even nicer in person...she sparkles!

Other Workout DVDs that I own
Jari Love...own all of her DVDs but my favorite is a tie between Ripped 1000 and Ripped to the Core. I also own a few Turbo Jam DVDs and a few Amy Bento DVDs.
My Fitness Goals
To eat clean 6 days per week...my goal for the last 10 years...UGH!!! Nutrition is my dailly battle! Also, I would really like to tone up my lower body because after all ... " we don't want to see any jiggling unless it's jiggling off " !!!
My Success Story
I managed to go from 172 lbs at 5'7" to 132 lbs with daily Firm workouts and the help of Weight Watchers in 2002...and have kept the weight off and added Cathe to improve my muscle strength and endurance:)
