Since before kids I have lost approximately 30 lbs. I did this mostly through running and adjusting my eating habits. I discovered that I have celiac disease so no more wheat, barley or rye and unfortunately I am still lactose intolerant (a symptom of celiac)... so this helps with eating right.
I am hoping to loose another 15 more lbs with STS.
