Avid cyclist. Road biking for the last 27 years and, recently, have added gravel/dirt riding. Ride about 200 miles a week during peak season (June-September) and taper through October and November. I enjoys fast paced group/club rides but also more leisurely long rides to just drink in the world.

Also hike and kayak.

Love Cathe's workouts and her spot-on posts about training and nutrition. So many of the subjects she's focusing on are of interest to me right now.
