How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I first heard of Cathe while reading reviews for Firm workouts, but was afraid to try... One day I found myself doing 2 Firm workouts per day, and thought I needed more of a challenge. My husband kept noticing that everytime I was on the computer I was watching Cathe video clips. So he surprised me the club step beginner package and I have been in love ever since.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is motivating and her workouts are fun! I love that through the sweat, intensity and challenge, I can still have a smile on my face. I look forward to working out each day because of Cathe!

My Fitness Goals
I would like to lose about 35 pounds, and increase my strength and cardio endurance. I have only been working out with Cathe since May and my cardio endurance has increased soo much. I have been slacking with the weight training lately, so that is my goal for 2009.
My Success Story
I am a work in progress... I lost about 30 pounds several years ago and was on my way to reaching my goal of losing 65 pounds, when I got in a bad car accident. I slowly regained those 30 pounds back over the last two years after the accident due to surgies, prednisone, and poor diet. I am happy to say though that I have re-lost those 30 pounds and am back on my way towards reaching my goal. It has been a long hard road dealing with neck/back/headache issues, but I push through and looking forward to doing Cathe's workouts has made the journey fun.
