They work. Cathe pushes me beyond my perceived limits. I love the way she seems to "see" me struggling, the "yes, you can" works wonders.

To be strong enough to do what ever is asked of me in life: whether gardening, caring for friends or family, or playing with my dog.
My Success Story
I was quite overweight and weak in 1993 after my husband died. Started working out with a Total Gym and my old cardio videos. Once my sister saw some changes, I was encouraged to continue. I lost and have kept off 70 lbs. Osteoporosis was my next challenge: My bone density is much improved and I plan to tell my doctor I want to quit taking Fosamax next week. I am convinced if I continue to work out with Cathe (assuming I survive STS!), I will not only meet but exceed my goals!
