My Success Story
Have been a jock my entire life, playing football & baseball in H.S. and college. Been doing aerobics since '82, began instructing in '93. Have improved my fitness level in the past 12 mos through a combination of diet, Juice Plus+, and strength work & step workouts. Body weight decreased from 200 lbs in Sept 08 to 187 lbs presently.
