To maintain my weight or possibly lose 5-10 lbs. I would also like to keep my muscles toned and keep my heart conditioned.
My Success Story
Since working out at home, first with The Firm, and then with Cathe, I have lost around 20 pounds and now can't imagine my life without regular exercise!
