- When I began doing Cathe Workouts
- It took me nearly a year to work up to doing Cathe's workouts. I bought Travel Fit and January, 2013 and did it for the first time in February. I was hooked.
- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- As a member of videofitness since 2006, Cathe and her workouts are talked about often. That is where I first heard about her.
- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- I absolutely love the challege, her workouts are top quality, beautifully filmed with GREAT music. Cathe is a delightful, professional instructor who is forever creating cutting edge workouts. I also LOVE that she is one of the few instructors who still offers lower body floorwork. I have narrowed my DVD collection down to just the industrys best instructors and Cathe is at the top of that list.

- All of Kelly Coffey-Meyers' 30 Minutes to Fitness DVDs, Leslie Sansone (who started me on my fitness journey over 10 years ago) and several other DVDs I never use. I have a very large DVD collection.
- My Fitness Goals
- To be in the best shape of my life as I enter my 50's, strength is very important to me, maintaining my bone density as I age and while I don't strive for six pack abs, strong, flat abs would be wonderful!
