Through a friend waaaay back in the early 90's. I first ordered her Pure Strength series on VHS from her then-Canadian source (sadly no longer in business).

Cathe is so professional and up-beat. I learn great form and unique moves.

My Fitness Goals
To increase muscle, fitness and strength as I follow the 80/10/10 diet which will hopefully help me lose about 15 unwanted pounds (mostly gained over the holidays :-(
