Results, her great personality, she's a great fitness educator, she's encouraging. I love that she has a "gang" that she works out with. Also, her sets are good. I'm very visual, so I get distracted by sets sometimes.

My Fitness Goals
Reduce fat around thighs and on stomach. Feel good in my clothes. Increase muscle mass - particularly shoulders and chest right now. Make sure my diet supports my goals/body needs.
My Success Story
Started working out consistently in May 2009. Now work out 6 days a week. I eat great. I've lost 15-20 lbs. I don't focus on the weight so much, or BMI as they are not the most accurate picture of what is going on. I've lost fat/inches - again, I didn't take measurements before I started, but I'm down about 3 clothing sizes. I've gained strength/muscle mass. I feel better physically, emotionally...have more confidence.
