A friend of mine told me how hard they were and the competitor in me wanted to try it.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I like the energy. She is not over the top and doesn't make me feel like she has had 7 energy drinks that morning. She is natural and in her element and always inspiring me to want to be stronger.

Cathe is all I have but am open to suggestions. I know variety is a good thing.

To be as fit as my body will let me be. And to get through all the jump tucks in any set on any dvd.
My Success Story
About 5 or 6 years ago, I don't even know...I quit smoking and of course put on a few pounds. Since I started smoking when I was 15 I had never had that much endurance. I was never an athlete.
I started going to a local jog park and started slow and worked my way up. The first day I completed the mile jogging was like the first day of the rest of my life. Something that I thought I would never do. I am proud of how far I have come and I know I can be better.
