I love outdoors, my boyfriend and I take our Jeep out to Moab and Colorado and do off road trails. I love studying nutrition and exercise and love being around people who are passionate about it too. I love helping people and gaining knowledge from others as well.

Gain muscle back and have balanced strength, recovering from herniation in neck and trying keep that area strong.
My Success Story
Quit smoking in my early 30's and picked up weights instead, became a Personal Trainer/Group Exercise instructor, studied nutrition constantly, did some coaching and consulting with a local Chiropractor for nutrition and telomere/heathy aging support. Survived a 3 level fusion in my neck and continue to strive to be strong and balanced, I am very passionate about everything healthy and love to help to show others how to be passionate about it too!!
