Leslie Staehle - Core Conditioning; Amy Bento, A-Team Boot Camp and many, many others- NONE COMPARE TO CATHE'S though!! I've been doing "at-home" workouts for many many years, but I always thought I couldn't do Cathe's - UNTIL I TRIED!!
My Fitness Goals
I want to become more sculpted in my legs, glutes and abs/core.
My Success Story
I've never been overweight, however, after having child #1 - I was in better shape than before I had him, then after child#2, I didn't workout as much but about 1 1/2 years ago, I pushed myself and I'm getting to where I want to be!!
