My Fitness Goals
To remain fit as I age and I would like to loose about 20 lbs.
My Success Story
Way back when I was 13 years old, I started to gain weight. At the same time my mom joined a group of neighbors in an in home exercise group. She made a cassette copy of this "workout" and I fell in love with exercise. In almost 30 years the only break that I've taken was when I was recovering from my pregnancies.
