My Fitness Goals
To lose weight (mainly in my lower body) become defined more, to stay healthly well into my 70s and 80s!
My Success Story
When I had my girls (twins) I gained alot of weight. I started working out very slowly (did not start with Cathe for at least 2 years) I lost a ton of weight by doing videos at home. Still have about 30 to go.
