- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I joined a fitness class at our local fitness center that does Cathe workouts at least once a week...sometimes twice...and I LOVE them.
- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- They are VERY challenging!! And I LOVE a good challenge!! Afterwards I feel GREAT knowing that I worked my BUTT OFF!!!
