How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I joined a fitness class at our local fitness center that does Cathe workouts at least once a week...sometimes twice...and I LOVE them.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are VERY challenging!! And I LOVE a good challenge!! Afterwards I feel GREAT knowing that I worked my BUTT OFF!!!

My Fitness Goals
I would like to lose another 10lbs & just be rock solid!! No more jiggle in my thighs when I walk!! Ha!
My Success Story
Since starting my lifestyle change in Jan 2010, I have lost 11lbs and 4 pants sizes!!
