Back in 2003 (I think?). I was in my late 20’s and LOVED it immediately. I got in the best shape of my life.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Years ago... I honestly don’t remember. I think it was by accident. This was back in the days when I used to work out with Denise Austin and Kathy ... whatshername? I was looking for something more challenging. Cathe DELIVERED.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I trust her. She knows her stuff. She’s not a fad. She’s the real deal. She’s not overly perky, arrogant or condescending. She’s smart. She works you, keeps it interesting and challenging and delivers new content all the time. Tried and true.

To lose a substantial amount of weight (80 pounds at goal) and to get much stronger, improve my cardio, and build definition.
