Hi Everyone! This month we will go into complete Muscle Confusion while getting acquainted with the new workouts. Week one is a combo of strength and endurance, Week Two is heavier weights, Week Three is Endurance based, and Week Four is again a combo of strength and endurance. Eat clean, drink water, sleep well and have fun!

Fri: 45 min steady state treadmill run

Thurs: 4 Day Split Kickbox in its entirety (legs and abs on it too)
Fri: 4 Day Split Bootcamp (cardio portion only)
Sat: OFF

Mon: Intensity
Tues: High Reps
Wed: 45 minute steady state run
Thurs: Lower Body Blast
Fri: Shock Cardio… MMA Boxing
Sat: High Reps

Loving the four new DVDs. Done Intensity in its entirety twice now and looking forward to doing it again. Going on vacation for two weeks in Dec. so won’t be able to keep up the rotation all month – but I’m taking Travel Fit with me!
Hi, I’m fairly new to using the Cathe workouts and i must say, i’m building up my endurance. I have a few DVD’s and I’m pleased to say that i recently purchased the four new ones too, so i’m anxious to try this months rotation, however, i have a quesiton about week 1 (Thurs. – KPC) what is this??? Can anyone help. thanks
KPC is Kick, Punch and Crunch. An oldie but goodie! You’ll love it! But you can sub another cardio workout for this one since you don’t have it…yet. 🙂
