Excellent rotation Cathe!
I love the rotations, and, most importantly, I have all the cds!!! I’m getting dentures in, finally, so, as usual with cathe, you don’t have to do everything, just try until failure, and don’t go beyond BAD pain!! Good pain is normal and getting your muscles back in shape. I had a horrible back problem, but I’m happy to let you know, Cathe, I’m cutting back all my pain pills, with no problem. I’ve also found that my back feels better with exercise, and I sleep much better. It’s been a battle, but I’m back on the battle feild to exercising and eating better!!!
