Pyramid Upper Body AND 40/20 Hiit?!? My arms and legs are crying already.
I could actually do this rotation as I HAVE all the DVDs!!!!!!!! Some days though, it will be a challenge to do the whole workout regime! Then, the workout two days later with DOMS…but it is worth a try. At age 56, I rarely do two days of back to back really intense workouts.

4Ds is the four day split series. High Intensity Step is 30 min. cardio with chest And back weights done after. Bootcamp is 30 min. drill type workout with bi and tri weights after. Kickbox is 30 min. with lower body weights after. They are roughly 1 hour.
My problem/fear is that when I do HIIT, I don’t have anything left for weights.
So, I don’t know what I will do.

Sorry, low intensity step has shoulder, core, calves for weights.
@missy With regards to doing Hiit and weight on the same day….Weights (an hour session) followed by Hiit is possible, challenging but possible 🙂

Like the looks of this rotation except for Friday on Week 4. We are supposed to do all of turbo bar and a Hiit workout? That is crazy. I dont have 1 hour and 40 min to work out a day, especially if I am working out 6 out of 7 days of the week. I feel that is a bit of an over kill. You can still be fit and have a life too. IMO.
in week 2 are the pyramid workouts from the LIS series? Cathe i just want to say that you look great and i can not wait to meet you someday!

for the upper body pyramid and 40/20 HIIT… does it matter if i do weights and then cardio or can i do cardiofirst? also which workout would be a good substitution for the turbo barr? dont have that one.
