Each interval consist of two intense cardio segments that are done consecutively without rest and then repeated before moving on to the next superset interval.

  • Omg Marianne how funny! Indeed it is! I didn’t even catch that being in the background there. That sign is the first sign I ever had made, in fact, it is the EXACT sign that hung in the backdrop of my very first video back in 1989. Do you know how many times I came so close to throwing it out but for some reason I just couldn’t part with it. So now it sits in storage on the sidelines of our set until we create a wall of history in our filming studio.
