Some Cathletes have been working on this & have posted their ideas. Here's one link:
Rotation of STS 1 and STS 2
Has anyone made a rotation of these two? I was thinking 1 week of STS 2 body parts and 1 week and I'm not sure I'd I should mix it with STS 1 Hypertrophy or strength. Your thoughts? Thank you!!
