I absolutely love the combination of Standing abs: Metabolic Core Warm-up and Core Plus Floor.

I can do it on its own if I’m short on time and get a great core workout along with light cardio. Sometimes I add an STS 2.0 yoga or stretch to it. Today I followed it with cardio.

I’m finding myself loving the STS 2.0 workouts more and more as I continue to use them in different ways.
