Pilates/Yoga and More Cardio!

I don't ask for much, huh! It's only because I trust you to do it right, Cathe!! I would really like a total Pilates, matwork routine -possibly using the stability ball. I like Yoga also, I'm wondering if maybe a split routine of Pilates matwork and Yoga for light cardio?
I also like your Cardio workouts because no other instructor inspires like you. I don't mean to gush, but it's true. I like step workouts that also incorporate other cardio - as you do in the CrossTraining series.
Just my two cents.
