New Workouts + Cross Train XPRESS - Spreadsheets to track weights/dates?

Hi all!
Anyone have Excel spreadsheets already made up for these workouts? I'm looking for a spreadsheet that lists all the weight exercises so I can record date + the weight amount I use.

I'm also looking for one for the cross train express series. I am working on creating one but if anyone has one already, please let me know!

You can download an Excel document with almost all of Cathe's weight workouts in spreadsheets from my blog (see the signature below). We have everything up except the new Kickbox which we'll have on their later today. Most of these were done by someone else and passed around on the forums before, and a friend and I are adding the 4-Day Split.

On the blog, look on the right side under Fitness Tools to Download and it's the 4th one down. Click to download.

There are a couple of typos I just noticed on the Kickbox worksheet: I got the number of dumbbells wrong somehow a couple times:

Here are the corrections so you don't have to re-download:

Deadlifts on Step -- it's 2x20 instead of 1x20
Leg Press/Outer Thigh Lift -- it's 2x12 instead of 1x12.

Also correcting this on the worksheet and reuploading it.
