Happy March Cathletes! Spring is right around the corner and before you know it we’ll be in the midst of summer! You know what that means, time to get a head start and start shaking off the “extra” that we may have earned during these winter months! Prepare for an intense mix of cardio and weights with a bit of additional focus on legs! Ready, set…GO!

M: HiiT 40/20

T: RWH Circuit Lower Body

W: Pedal Power (or solid cardio of choice)

T: Pyramid Upper Body

F: Pyramid Lower Body

T: ICE Chiseled Lower Body
