I know it's soon, and I don't even have my HCs yet, but I'd love another one of these. I love doing cardio but my knees don't.x(

Most definitely a LowMax 2.......Great for my knees, yet a major calorie burner.......TY, Cathe!!!

I don't have my Low Max 1 yet (wish I'd pre-ordered it) but I know I would buy Low Max 2 (and 3 and 4...)

I absolutely agree. Low Max is a great workout. I hope this is the start of a series of workouts with the same flavor!

Definitely. This workout is a winner and a series would be the natural outcome. Wouldn't you agree, Cathe?;-)

Great idea for Low Max 2 - or anything along this line!! Years of stepping have left me an Advanced exerciser with low-impact knees. There are hardly any advanced low impact step workouts - end up having to modify all the higher impact workouts to make them knee-friendly.

I wanted to put in another plug for a Low Max 2--& chaptered well like the first one, so I can mix it up with the Imaxes. I love intensity, but my knees need a break.

I'd also love a LowMax2. I'd prefer another step LowMax, not a floor routine. LowMax is one of my faves of the new series.

Just luvin' Low Max! I just want to keep doing it cause it is so enjoyable. It leaves me feeling energised without that drained feeling that some more high-impact step workouts can leave me feeling. I feel I get more out of it than just a fit body - it really has a great vibe to it and is a lot of fun. The music, the moves...it's all good! Thumbs up Cathe!!!
