Fri: 146 Lower Body Bootcamp

Sat 301 Low Impact Kick boxing HIIT

Sun: Off



WEEK TWO: 4 DAY SPLIT

Mon: 346 Back and Biceps...421 Shoulders

Tues: 420 Cardio Kick and Punch

Wed: 421 Legs Only and 323 Moderate Leg Express

Thurs: 419 Chest and Triceps and any cardio Express workout

Fri: 364 Glutes and Core Galore

Sat: Low Impact Cardio of choice

Sun: Kickmax


WEEK THREE: BURN SETS

Mon: 302 Back Chest and Shoulders

Tues: Step of your choice

Wed: 305 Express Legs (any leg floor work and Core of your choice

Thurs: 304 Biceps and Triceps and any Express cardio

Fri: 386 Wicked Lower Body core

Sat: Low Impact cadio of choice

Sun: OFF


WEEK FOUR: 4 DAY SPLIT

Wed: 421 LEGS..And 30 min Leg workout of choice

Thurs: 419 Chest and Triceps and cardio Express workout of choice

Fri: 335 Lower Body Core Sweat

Sat: Low impact of choice
