I am about to start the LITE Series. Is it best to start with the normal rotation as written the first time through? I haven't really followed any of Cathe's rotations, so will I get the best results following as written?
I find I get THE BEST results by following a rotation. Cathe's rotations seem to layer onto one another from month to month; I find I get a great mixture of fitness gains over time. Enjoy!!! LITE is a fun, comprehensive series.
I always do the rotations that come with a series, so that I know the series. Then I can use it appropriately. So I did the LITE rotation last winter, and really liked it. It's a great way to get to know all the workouts.
