Krav Maga

i would love to see a cathe fitness video that is based on Krav Maga martial arts. i enjoy the kickboxing videos very much and have been wanting to incorporate Krav Maga, but there is very little to choose from. i know Cathe would do an excellent job.

I second this motion for the Krav Maga type workout! There was an infomercial out once for a set of videos of this workout type but they canceled it; it never came out for some reason. And I was soooo disappointed! So Cathe, I would be extremely happy as well if you'd create a workout like the Krav Maga!
